I noticed that it was around the same as the number of people our Governor Abbott shipped up there. So Chicago gets more federal dollars because of its population increase, and Texas gets the bill for making it happen.

Dec 22, 2005 · Officially, a skyscraper is at least six stories tall with a steel frame and elevators, which pretty much describes the world's first skyscraper, built in Chicago. But many consider that definition out of date. In my opinion, it varies with geography. In Oshkosh, Wisconsin six stories would still be a skyscraper. In New York it's an afterthought.

May 9, 2007 · Well, they did have other kinds of dogs at Big Frank's besides the Chicago style ones - IIRC, there was a "Texas-style" one with chili and cheese. I've never been too fond of the Chicago-style dogs myself, but I used to eat at both the Kirby and the Montrose locations of Big Frank's semi-regularly, and they made a pretty good hot dog.
